Tickets are not being sent via email

  • HI,

    Users can purchase tickets OK and payments are fine, but emails are not being sent with the ticket links. All other emails from the site are arriving and have been tested.

    I can see the emails in the purchase report but they also do not send when re-sending them. No errors are shown.

    Have you done tests with your own email address and/or another email address that’s in the tetfest.co.uk domain?
