This is showing up on the top of the emails to the people that purchased tickets. Does anyone know why?

    Hi there,

Talking with our developers, we noticed that your email service is not handling the schema markup data properly.
    ?
Please check that PHP code snippet to disable Ticket Emails JSON LD schema output.

You can place this code in the theme’s (or child theme) functions.php file, or use a plugin like Code Snippets to not place the code in the incorrect place.?

    Hi @isay81

I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to touch base and check in with you. It’s been a little while since we’ve heard from you. I was just curious if you had the chance to try out the recommendation provided above.

Let me know if there’s anything I can assist you with.
