Tickets not generating in DB or sending email

My tickets are never getting created in the wooraffle_tickets_customer_to_tickets table or being sent to my email. My woo commerce is processing the order correctly and I am approving the order. I have noticed though that in raffle-ticket-generator.php there is a type-o on line 154 on adding the action. The function being called is ‘simple_umber_of_tickets_for_product’. I’ve fixed this on my local copy (but you should be aware!) and the tickets are still not being created in my db table. I am using the bronze version.
