    We have just started using your plugin and finding multiple ways the customer is buying raffle tickets, but they aren’t being issued. I’m manually having to change the order status to Processing and then completed. A couple of examples: A customer paid by Poli, it went to Processing, but there was no tickets issued. I toggled from Driver assigned, to Processing and back again to trigger the ticket issue. Another customer also paid by Poli, the purchased went straight to Completed, but it still didn’t generate the tickets. I had to toggle the order between Processing and Completed again to trigger the tickets to be allocated.

    Checking in to see if you have any updates as to why tickets are not generating but purchases are going through?

    Hi,

    Yes, the tickets are not generated at checkout if the reserved time elapses. It works fine within the time reserved. You can disable generate and display at checkout, until I make a new release with a fix.

    For the orders that hasnt generated tickets change the order status to processing or completed and back, and it will generate the tickets. After that resend order to customer.

    The fix wont be very soon, as I am away for one week and a few days.

    I found the issue and resolved it in the latest release 2.4.1

    Update it and it should be no issues.
