    Hello,

    If I add a ticket to my cart, it works the first time around. However, if I update the quantity in my cart or if I try to add another ticket type to the cart, when I go back to the cart, it only shows the original ticket type and quantity that I inputted. It won’t seem to update and save the updates properly.

    I also want to create a button to “view cart” without adding a quantity to create easier access to the cart. However, the link hasn’t brought me to an updated cart. I’m not sure if that is the same problem or a different one.

    Please let me know if you have any ideas!

    Can you please tell me if you are using any caching system on your site? If you are, please check this solution https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/configuring-caching-plugins/

    Let me know if caching was causing this issue?

    Hello,

    I contacted HostGator and they looked into it and said they weren’t seeing anything on their end. We also use WP Super Cache, but I /tc-events/ to the list of strings not to cache and the problem still isn’t solved.

    Could I still be missing something?
