• Hi,

    I’ve been using Tickera now for the better part of 5 years, it’s been a great run but now, nothing is displaying the way it should be to the public.
    We use tickera to register participants for a series of “airsoft” events that take place throughout the season, and normally we never experience an issue. Now however the following issues are occurring:

    • tickets are not displayed on certain browsers (Safari on iOS and edge on PC, amongst others.)
    • cart cannot be cleared, or will display with incorrect tickets or non adjustable amount of tickets (when a user selects “cart” then they go to the cart, where there are already items added which cannot be removed, or where a completely different ticket appears) – this happens mostly on the same browsers as above.

    I’ve cleared the cache on the server, I’ve had potential clients clear their browser’s cache and retry (same results) and I’ve tried disabling all plugins other than tickera and resetting the theme to a default theme, but this still occurs.

    Hi there,

    Based on your description, this appears to be a caching issue. However, you have mentioned that you have faced the same issue with all the other plugins (I assume caching as well) deactivated and leaving only Tickera active. In this case, I suspect it is a server side caching so I’d suggest you contact your hosting service provider and inquire if they are using some server side caching and if they do, ask them to exclude all Tickera pages from caching as explained in our documentation here.
