    hello,

    Ticket url is leading to login page (or ticket list for a loggued agent). Thus, guest users are not able to see their ticket. Ive checked all my settings and everything looks fine. Any clues?

    just so you know: I did try to submit a ticket, but SC ticket from wouldn’t let our support page url pass through.

    Hello,

    Please check below two settings
    Go to Support > Setting > General > Support Page and make sure you have selected correct support page here.
    Then go to Support > Settings > Advance Settings > Ticket Url Permission and select Anyone can see option.

    hello,

    those settings are already as described in your response. I would create a ticket on your support page but the form wont let my url pass. Any other idea?
