TIDIO (Setting a timer to chat)

  • I am trying to set the timer for 15 to 20 seconds, when to popup the chat when the website is opened, Is that possible with Tidio plugin or any other application?

    Hi there!

    You can delay your Chatbots (automated messages) by using the Delay action node – in the Chatbots edit section – one of the gifs in this article shows how to implement it: https://www.tidio.com/knowledge/admin-dashboard/automation/

    Alternatively – if you wish to delay the entire Tidio icon from appearing on your website, that can be done as well, but a little bit of coding has to be done beforehand.
