Tier table not visible

Hi ,

Which method you have applied for tier pricing ? Using Dynamic Rules or set tiered price in the Product editor page.

Please check from the product editor > WholesaleX > Show tiered pricing is enabled and Visibility option are disable. – Image for reference( default setting) .

If you have used the dynamic rules – check if it’s set for any specific user role?

Another , You can check deactivating other plugins and use only WooCommerce and wholesaleX , If the tiered pricing shows , Then there might be plugin confiction. You can find out enabling one by one then.

Hi there and thank you for your fast reply! The case was with dyncamic rules, but as far as i see i cannot use the quantity based discount which is the one i want use for now. Currently we use another bulk dicount product on most of our sites, but we would like to switch to yours.
I can mark this as a resolved, but before closing the ticket i would like to ask is it possible to see the discounted price in the product catalog. For example i have a B2B uer role. I sell a cup for 10$. His price 20% off. When i add the discount on the single product i add it as:
B2B persentage discount 20 for min 1pcs. However when i do it in this way in the product catalgog i still see 10$. The only way i can acheve the result us to add sale price. Unfortuanteley the sale price can be only fixed price and not a persentage. (I write the reatil price again as the base price (10$) and then i write the sale price 8$) Which means that if i raise the normal retail price i need to manually type the B2B price again. This may not seem like a lot of time but we have hundreds of products, and it is truky not concenient. So is it possible somehow to display the B2B price together with the Retail price on the product catalog and be calculated based on persentage?

If you’re B2B role, you should have to see price $8. You don’t need to set the sale price for it.

Also, you can see the applied dynamic rules in the Products list.

Moreover, Kindly go to WholeSaleX settings and enable the Show Promotion section.

I have a few more questions regarding your plugin.

is it possible to translate somehow the “pieces” in the tier table? i would like to translate in another language. If needed i can work also with Po edit if you provide po file.

Also i think that there is some kind of bug in the discount percentage shown in the product catalog. when i am using the dynamic rules i put a product discount of 20%. and then on the product itself says 19%. do you have any suggestions here?

thank you for you fast reply! Ahh.. i found my mistake with the percentages, and all is good now!

Regarding the translation, i really don’t want to install another plugin on this site as i try to keep it clean. so i prefer to translate manually the string. Is there any possible way to do this? i see that you have a .pot file so i could try to translate it via poedit?
