Tiled Gallery – Images disappear

    Hi,

    Awesome plugin! Thanks for this lite version.
    I am encountering a problem with the Tiled Gallery add-on.
    It works fine in IE and Firefox but when I load my website in chrome the pictures load and then disappear.

    Open it in Chrome and you will notice that all the images load but then when the loading is done, some of them disappear.
    Looking through the html console, they are actually still present but just hidden. The seem to forget to float left, and just stack below each other?

    As you can see I am using the Twenty Twelve theme, the only thing I adjusted is the post header.

    Running WP 3.5 with Network enabled, this is a network site (not the root site). What do you think could be the problem?

    Hi,
    It seems ok on my side. I didn’t see any difference across browsers.
    Could you check it again to confirm ?

    I just got access to a different computer with chrome and it seems to work fine indeed. It still doesn’t work on my laptop thou, weird.. But as you said everything seems to work fine, not sure whats going on over here thou.

    I’m having the same problem as Me Ruud describes. It seems the tiled gallery part of the Jetpack plug-in has browser incompatibility issues.

    In Safari and Chrome, the tiled gallery disappears after about a second. There are no <img> tags

    The page to which I’m referring is here

    I’ve tried systematically deactivating plug-ins and emptying W3 Total Cache. I’ve also tested it on the following browsers on both Mac OS X and Windows 8 (via browserstack.com). Here’s what I found:

    Safari (Mac) – gallery usually doesn’t appear
    Chrome (Mac+Win) – gallery usually doesn’t appear
    Firefox (Mac + Win) – gallery appears
    IE (Win) – gallery appears

    I say usually doesn’t appear because it sometimes appears once and after the user clicks a link in the attachment page to return to the post, the gallery begins disappearing.
