    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Could you try the following:

    1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page.
    3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
    4) Confirm the disconnection.
    5) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

If that doesn’t help, could you try switching to one of the default themes, like Twenty Fifteen, for a few minutes? If the additional modules still don’t appear, could you try deactivating each plugin on your site, one at a time, and let me know if a specific plugin appears to hide these modules?

Let me know how it goes.

Yup, it’s the new theme (Aruba Nights from Pipdig)… Anything I can do about it that you know of? I’ve contacted them but haven’t heard back yet. Many thanks again!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Since I can’t download the theme and look at the code, I’m afraid I won’t be able to help you much. I assume they disable some of the Jetpack modules in the theme somewhere, but I can’t tell you much more. It might be worth searching for “jetpack” in all theme files, you might find the code that disables modules by doing so.

Their support team should have an answer for you though!
