Tiled images are grey – remote server 400

    I am having issues with JetPacks CDN service. ALL of my WordPress sites on my server will not load anything from the CDN on the page. An example can be found here:

    All the tiled images are grey (there is no workaround to disable the CDN for tiled images, that I know of, I tried) and the direct link to one of those images is here:

    Which gives an error: We cannot complete this request, remote server returned an unexpected status code (400)

    Any ideas on why? Strange it doesn’t work, I use siteground as my server provider – i’ve reached out to them but wondering if anyone has any other ideas?

    Hi @bonlando,

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

    I suspect there might be something conflicting with our CDN. Can you please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem gets fixes that way? If it works, then reactivate each plugin one-by-one to find out which one is causing problems.

    You may also want to toggle the Site Acceleration modules on and off to give them a refresh, in case this helps ??
