Tiled mosaic not functioning. (options are there though)

I’m trying to get this plugin to work, and when I go to post a gallery on a page the options under Gallery settings are showing up:

Type: tiled mosaic, square tiles, circles, etc.. But it is not applying the choice to the page.

I have already gone into media settings and checked off “display images in a cool mosaic.” I’m using the Customizr theme.

Help, please.
