Time changes event times?

I use another calendar and when my local time goes to or from summer/daylight saving all my event times shift by 1 hour, which I can only prevent by changing my WP location!
Does Ajax Calendar do this?https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/ajax-event-calendar/
