Hello, I have a problem with my website, any operation in the backoffice takes more than 5 minutes, often the server crashes.
I had already had this problem in the previous version of woocommerce, there was a conflict with the woocommerce admin plugin, I turned it off and it was ok. Now with the new update the same is happening, since in order to work I have to disable all plugins. Could you help me? Thank you.

@davidjproducoes Can you elaborate on what do you mean by this? It sounds like the slow loading of pages stops if you are only working with WooCommerce enabled, and all your other plugins are disable. Is that correct, or did you mean something else?

yes, if all other plugins are disabled, it works normally.

@davidjproducoes Behavior like that is usually caused by plugin conflicts.

There might be a plugin other than WooCommerce that is taking up significantly more resources than the rest of your plugins.

To find out which one it is, I’d recommend disabling ALL plugins on the site, except for WooCommerce. Then, start re-enabling them one by one, while testing for the issue. When the site starts to slow down significantly, you’ll know that the last plugin you enabled is the one that is causing the slow down.

I know other people also make use of the Query Monitor plugin to debug this type of issues, as it has features that allow you to determine which plugins are performing poorly.

If there isn’t a plugin that is very obviously raining more resources than it should, you might contact your host to talk about options for upgrading your server’s power.

There are several, Jetpack, Yoast SEO, Mailchimp and Wordfeance, and when they are active, it is Woocommerce that consumes more resources.

We’ve not seen compatibility problems with Jetpack and WooCommerce yet, but we cannot speak for other third-party plugins, so we’d recommend checking with the plugin developers directly.

Regarding WooCommerce, Can you please cross-check with your web host and confirm if your server meets WooCommerce Server Recommendations?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
