Time Difference between New and Quick

    Hi,
    Odd thing happening. The default expiry time for new or edit posts is local CDT – but with Quick Edit it’s UTC. Not a big hindrance but is that a setting somewhere I can change? I have WordPress set to local CDT (Chicago).
