Time for Google News to pick up article

  • Hey Chris,

    Plugin works great so far, and we’ve just been accepted as a Google Publisher.

    I have noticed that it is taking some time before our articles appear in the feed through the app.

    I know the plugin states that it pings google after any update, but what is the general expectation here? – should we expect to see google picking it up quickly or is there a way to troubleshoot in case the ping isn’t working properly

    Normally, once you are approved and your publication is ‘live’, new articles will appear in the publication within five minutes or so (usually less) of you publishing them.

    How long is it taking with yours?
