• How can I change the time format in the customizr theme? It seems to be set to the 24hr clock and I would like it set to the 12hr clock. I have double checked that I have it set to the 12h clock setting in the admin, setting, general. My site seems to still be using the 24h clock.

  • Hi,
Can you tell the specific place where you want the change?

I have a plugin called Webinar Systems that uses the time format setting done in WP or theme. That is the most important area I need it changed. I have been in contact with the developer of the plugin and the 24hr clock setting is not done in the plugin. My WP is set to 12hr so my only remaining option is that the theme is overriding everything and has it set to 24hr. My webinar registration page needs to use the 12hr not the 24hr. I’ve also noticed in my WP that it uses the 24hr clock for blog post edit times. But, then it uses 12hr clock for blog comments. Thanks!

What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

I’m using Customizr theme. Downloaded in WP themes.

Can you replicate the problem using the default theme with all plugins deactivated?

    Hi,
    1. Please post the link to your site.
    2. Can you show a screenshot of your setting->general area? To confirm that your settings are right.

Screenshot sharing doesn’t seem to work in this text box. Setting-General timezone set to Chicago, Date format F j, Y, Time format g:i A

Can you give the link to a page where the time format is 24 hr?

smartsavvy.info/webinars/creditandbudget in the time options. Thanks

    Hi,
I verified that customizr theme does not change the time format of default WP.

To replicate your issue, I installed Webinar systems plugin. But, automated webinar is a pro feature. So, hit a deadend there.

Can you change the theme to default themes like twenty fifteen and check? This will help identify if the issue arises from the theme or the plugin or in settings.
