Time format for FB events

    I use the plugin now for facebook events only. The time format is a bit extended to my taste, also including seconds.

    I’ve been trying to fill in some other values at Display Options > Date FOrmat but nothing happens. Could it be that this is only affecting other kind of facebook feeds and not events?

    Hey Jojakim!

    As far as I understand, our time formatting options should work on all dates that are displayed. But, I would like to check into this for you just to be sure.

    Can you let me know what Date Format options you are trying, what you want it to look like and what it currently looks like?

    Well I’ve Googled php time format and tried a few values to check, but nothing changed at all.

    Present time format:
    Saturday, November 22nd, 2014 11:00:00 pm

    Something like this would already work for me:
    Saturday, November 22nd, 2014 23:00

    Hey –

    So, it looks like currently the time formatting options do not apply to Events. We will add this to our to do list!

    Hey Jojakim –

    Today’s update (2.8.1) included a new option to allow control over the start and end event date formatting.

    Previously, the option that existed was only available for the feed item posted date.
