Time in the calendar

Do you want that edit to apply to all events listed in the calendar?

Yes. My idea was to define this parameter in the calendar tab :
Event title = #_EVENTNAME #_24HSTARTTIME

That should work. You can just leave #_EVENTNAME under Event title format on Events > Settings > General > Full Calendar Options.
