    The time in each detail of the tickets is off by 3 hours. For example a ticket just opened will show “reported 3 hours ago”. If I add a note, the detail shows “added note 3 hours ago”.

    We are in Central Standard Time and I’m using Chicago for my site general settings. I’ve also switched to UTC -5 and that hasn’t helped either. I’ve looked everywhere in SupportCandy for a time zone setting or something that could be causing this offset issue, but I haven’t found anything.

    I’ve also searched this support forum, but I don’t see any questions about it either.

    Hello @eammendola,

    We use the WordPress timezone setting to show the dates. We have checked ticket timing’s with both Chicago and UTC-5 timezone and they are showing correctly.
