“Time is Up!” message is displayed for odd reason

    Hello,
    I’ve setup a quiz and also allowed the quiz to be taken only once and also set a message to be displayed if a user try to do the quiz a second time. The message is displayed as it should but for some reason I also see “Time is Up!” message with two buttons “Submit quiz” and “Cancel” at the bottom for odd reason even though no time limit is set for the quiz. What could possible be wrong? Kindly note that this quiz is a duplicate of a another quiz … if this has anything to do with the problem.

    Is this quiz duplicated from qsm or another plugin? Please tell.

    Hello Kriti,
    It was duplicated from another QSM quiz. I simply duplicated a quiz along with its’ questions. However I didn’t test if the original quiz had that problem. I can give it a try if you want but I highly doubt this has anything to do with the problem.

    I’ve started a ticket in the link you given to me as you mentioned. I’ll update this post with further info when I receive a reply to help the rest of the community if someone has similar issue.

    Still waiting for reply from the support team. Ticket was posted 5 days ago and still says “This topic is pending moderation”. Anything can be done? Apparently I’m not the only one who have this issue.

    I have the same problem, with duplicated quizes.

    Any workaround meanwhile?

    We have resolved the bug in the latest plugin update, please update and let us know if you face any issue.

    Thanks, Kriti. The recent update has fixed the issue as you mentioned. I just tried and the weird “Time is Up” message has disappeared.
