    Hello,

About Google Calendar, please check the steps below:

    • The Google Calendar should be public to import.
    • The timezone on WordPress and General settings in Google Calendar need match together.
    • APIKey should be enabled for Google Calendar and you need to check the client ID too.

    Best Regards

Thank you for the quick response, let me check those things.

I may be experiencing something similar. My website time zone is UTC+1 (Amsterdam), and my Google calendar time zone is also set to GMT+1 (Amsterdam). When I import an ’11AM event’ (from my Google calendar), that event appears as a ’10AM event’ in my website’s ME calendar.

Now when I change my website time zone to UTC+2 (which happes to be an INCORRECT time zone), and I again import the ’11AM event’ from my Google calendar, it is displayed correctly as an ’11AM event’ in website’s ME calendar.

    Hello @havemaskwilltravel,

Would you please provide us with some screenshots and images of the errors you faced step by step? I would then forward it to the developer team to fix the issues in the upcoming updates. there is nothing to be worried about, we will fix the issues, I also appreciate you for reporting the issues. please provide us with more details, screenshot or any documentation so we can find the issue.

Also, for troubleshooting, deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.

    Best Regards,

Below I’ve also added links to screenshots.

Being in Amsterdam my timezone is UTC+1. When I set my time zone in WordPress to UTC+1 (screenshot: https://www.dedeurzwolle.nl/utc.png) and then import an event from my Google calendar (let’s say a 1930 event on March 4th; screenshot: https://www.dedeurzwolle.nl/march4.png), the ME calendar plugin shows the event in the front-end with a starting time of 1830 (screenshot: https://www.dedeurzwolle.nl/1830.png)

When I change the timezone in WordPress to UTC+2 (1 hour later than my actual timezone), the error is gone and the event shows the 1930 time as it is set in Google calendar.
