Time limitation for new post

Hello!

We had a spammer attack on our forum last night. Some Chinese bot left many thousands of posts.
And each post have generated an email ??
The result was that in the morning our company e-mails did not work because the limit of e-mails on the server was exceeded.

We would prefer to avoid such situations in the future.
That’s why I’m asking you to implement the option:

Time limitation for new post

Time after which the user can create a post again (in seconds).
