Time lock does not work

I am facing a small problem with blocking users through weekly schedules.

I can block by date normally, but when I need to block by time, the user is simply not blocked and can normally access the site.

Does the plugin use wordpres time? if so i already set the time for my time zone and it still doesn’t work.

I made a 24-hour block picking up from 00:00 until 23:59 But even so the user remains active and normally accesses the site with his login and password.

Is there a trick to using this function? or a rule?

I believe that it is not a problem on my site, because the blocking by date happens normally.

Another doubt, I realized that the lock message only appears if you use wp-login.php. If I use my Woocommerce account page, for example, the message does not appear. If the lock is working, the client is unable to log in, but there is also no alert message.
