Time picker not working

Hello,

It seems that the time picker doesn’t work for me.

I don’t have any problem with the date picker : when I click in the field, I can then select the date thanks to a calendar.

Nothing happens with the time picker though. I’ve tried writing a time manually in the field but it doesn’t appear in my page.
