Time Slot Limit by product category

Hello, I would like to limit the pickup slots by a specific category? I sell pizzas, desserts and salads, however, I can only sell 5 pizzas per pickup time slot. I want to be able to sell all my products to a customer but limit the time slots to only allow 5 pizzas in total. So for example, if a customer orders 2 pizzas, then the timeslot only is available for an additional 3 pizzas. If the 5 pizza threshold is met then the timeslot is removed. The time slot is not impacted by other products. This would be done at the product category level. Is this a current feature or something that can be customized? Thanks.
