Time Slot – Timezone and Availability.

    Hello – I have most of my use cases working great. I am having trouble with couple of use cases. Note I am on on the free version of the plugin. I travel and am using this to book personal time with my clients.

    1. How do I make some time slots on specific days unavailable? e.g. on some days I am not available during certain hours to take a booking – e.g. I might have a medical appointment or am on the flight traveling to a different location – so those hours need to be marked as unavailable for booking.

    2. What is the timezone for the time slots. It just shows 6:00AM – 7:00AM – but as someone who needs to take bookings in different timezones how would this be made to work?

    Hello.
    1) You can make “blank bookings” for such timeslots at specific dates at the Booking > Add booking page in Booking Calendar Free versions.

    Or in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions possible to configure different timeslots for the different weekdays or seasons. Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#times-week-days
    But it’s advanced configuration, and probably to use just blank bookings as in above description.
    If you need to set entire days as unavailable for specific seasons or weekdays, so then it’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#availability

    2) System use timezone that you have defined in the WordPress > Settings > General page. And it’s does not possible to have several timezone. Sorry.

    Is there a simple technique to do these blank booking additions – if I need to make a number of them for the next 3 months? Or would I just need to add them one at a time?

    Hello.
    In the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions, you can activate the “Multiple days selection” mode and activate this option “Use time selections as recurrent time slots” at the Booking > Settings General page in Calendar section.

    So now, you can select several different days in calendar, and book one specific selected timeslots for these days.

    Also in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions you can use “Auto fill form fields” button at the top right side of Booking > Add booking page for making fast blank booking in 3 mouse clicks.
