Time Slots Issue

I have created three events each starting at 8:30 am with three hour time slots. The event correctly list the three slots as 8:30, 11:30 and 2:30 yet when I look at a report for those who have responded I see 12:30, 3:30 and 6:30 which is not correct. This is very confusing for my people. Can we get this fixed?
