Time slots no longer avalable

In our Repair Cafe, 2 services are configured (electro & TV) see Capture 1.JPG and Capture 2.JPG. I register a slot for the electro at 11:00. see Capture3.JPG. After that I want to register a slot for the TV at the same time, but the slot is not avalable, see CApture4.JPG. What is my mistake ?
