Time Stamp In Message Body is OFF? [_time]

I’m testing out the contact form and I’m using the [_time] stamp in the message body. In the email sent, it is coming up 12 hours ahead of my computer time and the time I have set in wordpress theme.
Can anyone help me find where to change this so it’s correct? Thanks a ton!
