    Reza? Rather than hosting your own copy of that plugin have you tried contacting the plugin author about incorporating your translation?

    It is not recommended that anyone download WordPress plugins from other sites.

    NOTE: I am not accusing you of any ill will and if you want to submit a plugin to the WordPress repo please do. But encouraging others to get copies of plugins is not really recommended.
