• Hi!

    Eager to try out the plugin with JetpackCRM and CF7, but I’m getting an error on activation:

    Please install the Contact Form 7 plugin before activating Time Tracker.

    (it is installed, but as an extension of CRM.)

    I suspect maybe Time Tracker is looking for a plugin folder like /contact-form-7, and instead it is /jetpackcrm-ext-contact-form

    Can you take a look?

    Hi Cena,

    I updated the check for CF7 and it’s in the new release, ver 1.2.2.

    I haven’t worked with CF7 as an extension of Jetpack so I can’t confirm this new method will work for you. If it doesn’t, let me know and I may need to look at your site to dig deeper.

    Hi Amy,

    I’m a maroon, my apologies for wasting your time.

    It turns out the CF7 I installed via CRM is a CF7 connector, not the plugin itself. :sigh: Installed CF7, and all is well in re the original error.

    Just FYI, in settings, I now see this: https://cloudup.com/ctvmTEE0O9b even though my timezone is set in Settings->General.

    Probably related error: https://cloudup.com/cVGvAzrmzhN shwoing up in the form fields, rather than at top of page.

    Can you resend the picture of the timezone notice? The link doesn’t have a picture.

    Ver 1.3.0 resolves the error displayed in the 2nd image above.

    If you provide more details on the time zone warning I can take a look at that but I’m unable to reproduce your issue.
