    Hi,

    every time I create or update a ticket I get the following error:

    “The time tracking start date must be in a yyyy-mm-dd Format!”

    If I click on “OK” all is fine, but what will the popup tell me?

    Hi:

    It sounds like you have our time tracking add-on installed? If so, can you open a support ticket on our site so we can check version numbers and such and possibly get you an updated version?
