Time Zone Setting & Text Mode in Editor Not Working

    Hello. Again, I love your plugin!

    I found 2 minor issues:

    1. The text mode button doesn’t seem to work. Only the visual editor is working in the general settings.

    2. The time stamp on the dashboard widget is set to somewhere in Europe. Any way to switch the timezone?
