    Good afternoon,

I have been testing your plugin – which looks awesome btw – however I appear to have an issue that may be around timezones?

I am based in New Zealand, which is +12 Auckland/Wellington, and in my config I have set the weekdays as Monday-Friday, and weekends to Saturday & Sunday, and the first day of the week to be a Monday.

I have set my default hours for Mon-Fri 5am-7pm, and Saturday 8am-midday, closed Sundays.

Over and above this I’ve set my Christmas hours for specific dates, these are either closed on public holidays or reduced hours from default hours.

All the special dates seem to be applying, however, my closed Sundays are appearing as Mondays, and everything is pushed a day out, ie occurring a day too later than it should be.

I can’t see anything in the plugin settings regarding timezones etc, and I have checked my WordPress instance and my PC’s timezones. In addition to this, I use other plugins such as gravity forms which collect the correct date and time.

Could this be a timezone issue, or have I potentially got another issue at play here?

Grateful for any assistance you are able to offer.

    Thanks in advance

@ideliver Thanks for getting in touch about this. It is really important that this plugin works for all time zones including GMT+12.

It does sound like a time zone issue, probably because it uses GMT to isolate the date first and then applies the difference in hours once set. If this is the case, it would behave as you’ve described.

I will perform some tests using the Auckland time zone, test for this jumping occurrence and then add code to handle this in the next release.

I have a few updates to release at the moment so I’ll put some time aside to get this sorted for you and others.

@ideliver I found two separate issues that occurred for GMT+12 and GMT+13 – it skipped a day. I’ve corrected the logic and now both the regular days have the correct assignments (0 = Sunday, …, 6 = Saturday) and the Special opening hours are setting the start correctly so they maintain their date (without jumping forward).

When you’ve downloaded the next release, please have a go and let me know if there are any unexpected results.

I will be uploading version 1.33 shortly after some further testing.
