Timeline Express – Historical Dates Add-On

    Well… this is the last ditch effort here to get support. I paid for the Timeline Express Product Bundle – and discovered the the Historical Dates Add-On doesn’t work… with the pro version or the Free Version. I am trying to create for the Tombstone Chamber and Big Nose Kate’s Saloon the History Timeline for Tombstone AZ. So the year dates will begin in 1880. The Historical Date add-on clearly states “Timeline Express Historical Dates add-on enables announcement dates prior to January 1st, 1970. Currently works with the free version of Timeline Express only.” Which it does not… and if that is the case why would it be included with this bundle. I have submitted at least two requests for support via the website – since there is suppose to be support. Haven’t received even an auto reply email. Next step… if this fails is to request a refund. Really would like this to work.

    We’ve not received any support tickets from you. If your not submitting support requests through the correct channel than that would explain why we’re not getting them.

    Well… I have… done it twice. I have gone to the plugin license page… and submitted it. I will do it again… Encouraging that at least there is a response… thank you.

    So when I go to the Plugin License page… there isn’t an option to submit a ticket. I can manage my license… deactivate a site… and … not much else.

    And I just went in to the WP dashboard and submitted a support request through there. Again.
