Hi! First, I’m really liking your plugin!

I found a little anomaly. It may be of little importance, but here it is for your examination. As we go through the setup, we’re helpfully prompted for things that need setting up.

This is very useful, but this message remains under Update Management/Timely Auto Updates: (“Timely Auto Updates are not enabled. Fix this.”) As far as I can tell, this is incorrect – all seems to be working fine.

I also noticed that this “timely auto updates” message occurs whether or not the regular WP plugin listings are set to “disable auto updates”. And yes, I have filled in your panel that is for Auto Updates.

I hope this is helpful. Thanks for this great plugin!

Hi @flamenco, thanks for reaching out and we’re so happy to hear you’re liking Total Upkeep so far!

Thanks for bringing this concern to our attention and I see how this message could be somewhat confusing. It is safe to disregard, your selected items should update according to the options you select.

We’ll be sure to reach out to our developers about changing the link logic and/or terminology.

    Thank you!

I am seeing this as well on one of my sites using this plugin

Thanks @copc, we actually just got the bug in for this and should have fix soon. Thanks for working with us through this inconvenience!

I am seeing this message in boldgrid plugin total upkeep>dashboard

the “fix this” link takes you to a list of settings in total upkeep where the option for updating asap is selected already. WordPress auto updates are also selected.

    Thanks @jimenez80,

We are aware of this bug and plan to have a fix implemented in an upcoming Total Upkeep update. For now rest assured that the options you’ve selected are functioning properly. That message just needs to be reconfigured to display the proper information.

    Thank you!
