    Many people have reported getting their support requests completely ignored and don’t know who to get a hold of. (check the support forum on their site to see complaints) There are two moderators who are good people but have limited influence with Time.ly, one who they aren’t getting back to people and shared some frustration.

  • Unfortunately our support manager had troubles in the last 10 days and yes support has been terrible. I’m trying ot cover here though

    I am sorry to hear she’s had troubles. I hope she is starting to feel better.

    Support issues happen. Right now, what I’m seeing is tremendous effort in competently mowing down issues. Everything you’ve done/are doing, the great work Lucas is doing. Visual Designer is by far the #1 page design tool and it’s a big win for everyone that Time.ly nailed it.
