Timeout error

Hi Tim
Many thanks for the plugin. It was working perfectly when I installed it yesterday, and it still is on one account. However the other one is showing this message in the Dashboard

0: Error -1, name lookup timed out

and the same message on the widget on the site – https://www.keepasketchpad.com/

Any thoughts?
