Timeout error When I add 100 + quantity product to cart

Hey,

An error occurs when I try to add 200 plus quantities; it works with small quantities. when I remove this plugin I’m able to add products to the cart with 1000 plus quantity. Can you help me why I’m not able to add 200 plus or higher quantity?
