    Hi,
    (sorry to have posted this request to the wrong forum before. This is the correct forum, I suppose)

    I was wondering what to do to resolve the following:

    I have updraft central Dashboard installed to manage some 6-7 sites. Works perfectly, with one exception:

    On large updates (i.e. themes with lots of images, big plugins like wpforms), the update process hangs on the “mothership” with a timeout error and it’s just not showing as updated in the update central dashboard.

    Nonetheless, the update is done on the target sites. When I look into the dashboard in the target site, the update is done.

    is it possible that the dashboard is not patient enough for the server to finish the update? Or that the target site is too busy to report anything to the mothership?

    And no, the server is not behind a firewall and not password protected.

    Anything to resolve this?
    Anything to worry about if I just ignore it?

    many thanks! I just updated the updraft central dashboard to 0.8.17, and it still shows the same behaviour. Still working on it? Thanks, Claus

    Hi Claus,

    You can change the timeout used in the dashboard settings; use the settings icon towards the top-right.

    Great, thank you! That did the job. I set it from 30 to 90 seconds, and no more timeouts. Thanks for providing such a good tool for free!
