Timeout error/This plugin needs an authorization:

Hi,

In the last couple of days I have started getting a problem where by many reports take a long time and only partialy complete or don’t complete at all. The error is time out with no code. Eventually the plug in fails and says “This plugin needs an authorization:”

Any suggestions on what to do to fix this?
