    Ein Fehler vom Typ E_ERROR wurde in der Zeile 644 der Datei /var/www/vhosts/www.rhein-neckar-tango.de/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall/lib/CleantalkSP/SpbctWP/Scanner/Surface.php verursacht. Fehlermeldung: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded

    Hello @dratiols,

    Please, delete all unused, outdated and abandoned plugins and themes from your website. Doing so will reduce the total amount of files for the scanner to check.
    Disable the options “Scan links“, “Heuristic analysis” and “Scan HTML code“, then launch the Malware Scanner again:

    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → section “Malware Scanner” → disable the options “Scan links”, “Heuristic analysis” and “Scan HTML code” → Save Changes.

    After the initial scan, please enable the options “Scan links”, “Heuristic analysis” and “Scan HTML code” back. Now future scans will be faster and more stable.

    Good idea, but I don’t have any unused themes or plugins in my installation. ??

    I followed your instructions, but still get a timeout after 7k files scanned. I have >30k plus files. Maybe that’s something I need to check. My site has a huge archive going back to 2013…

    Thank you for the details. I believe, that’s the reason of the timeouts.
