Timeout issues after moving to 2.3.1

  • Since upgrading to the latest version I cannot post anything because I keep getting timeout errors. I can access the site admin page but it seems that whenever it accesses the DB it times out. Is anyone else having the same problem? I’ve resorted to posting by directly accessing the DB totally bypassing WP.

    Just to check I switched back to 2.2 and they went away. Now I’m back on 2.3.1 and they are back.

    Any help would be nice. (Running apache 2.2 php and mysql 5.X on a home hosted site https://www.stynk-monkey.com)
