Timeout slowing access to dashboard by over 2mn!

Since fews weeks, my login was slowed down. At first I did not have the time to check why, but now it’s done. For some reason, I can’t test my website from Canada (but from London it works). As the plugin doesn’t allow any other location than Canada (for scheduled tests), it’s a problem, because access to its specific pages takes over 2mn (till some timeout it seems!) and access to admin dashboard, where the plugin also displays results, is slowed down too by over 2mn…
On settings page I get: “Failed to connect to gtmetrix.com port 443: Connection timed out”
As my website can be tested from other locations, I can’t do anything else than deactivate it.
Maybe you could work on that?
