    Hi,
Created a new feed today and now Im getting 500 – Internal Server Error if I click any link in the admin and the following error seems to be the culprit from the error log

Timeout waiting for output from CGI script /home/macdow5/public_html/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, referer: https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed

Im using Siteground Gogeek, and everything was working perfectly before I generated this new feed

  • Hi cath88,

The plugin stopped using the admin-ajax.php some months ago already so I very much doubt our plugin is causing the 500 error. Could it be that Siteground is restricting access to some URL’s / directories?

    Best,
    Eva

No Idea but I now suspect this is related to WPML. I copied that error directly from the error log.

Have you tried deactivating our plugin (do NOT delete it otherwise you will lose all feed configurations) to see if the 500 error disappears when our plugin is deactivated?

    All the best,
    Eva
