    Hello

    Everytime I do a malware scan with the Cleantalk security plugin, I get a timeout. How can I improve this?

    Please, let us know on what specific stage of scanning timeout error occurs? You could make a screenshot.

    Try to disable “Heuristic check” setting on the “General Settings” tab in the plugin settings.

    Hi I am having the same issue here. It’s always stuck at receiving plugin and themes hashes.

    Are you using the latest version 2.37.2?

    yes. i’m using the latest version. I just downloaded few hours ago but it’s stuck at the first scanning. Anything I can do?
