Timeout while scanning media for unused images

    After scanning media for unused images, I am getting an error popup with the following message:

    wpvivid_request: timeout(timeout): an error occurred when trying to establish communication with your server. This error may be request not reaching or server not responding. Please try again later.

    How do I fix this?

    Based on our experience, the occurrence of this error is typically attributed to the web server settings. When the error occurs, please open your browser’s developer tools (by pressing F12 on Chrome) and navigate to the Console and Network tabs. Check if any errors are being displayed in those sections. If you find any errors, we recommend contacting your web host and resolving these errors before proceeding further.
