    Hi there,

I really like your plugin and I’ve been using it successfully. Recently I created a new page and set up evergreen timer. It seems to be working well on desktop, however on mobile or tablet devices it is immediatelly redirected to another page.

I tried clearing cache on my mobile phone, it fixed the issue on that specific phone. But after the time expired and I reset timer for myself and all the visitors, it didn’t work again. It was immediately redirected to another page like before.

On tablet device it worked without clearing cache. And on another mobile phone it didn’t work even when I cleared cache.

I’m not sure what’s causing the issue and I’m very confused why it works on certain devices and not others.

Do you have any idea what could be causing it? I’d appreciate any help.

    Thank you,
    Barbora

    Sorry for the late reply,

Please reply with a screenshot of the Schedule and Actions tabs and I’ll be happy to look into it.

Getting the same issue here… The timer isn’t suddenly showing. Have briefly checked the CSS its related to the .hurryt-loading css class with display:none!important being stuck.

    Hi @dotker

Mind sharing the page URL so I can take a look?
